PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION OF THE 6x3 CUSTOM STANDS

Sealed quotations in an envelope, duly marked “QUOTATION NO: EG 1-2010: PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND INSTALL THE 6X3 CUSTOM STAND” and addressed to the Municipal Manager, P O Box 99, KLERKSDORP, 2570 and to be placed before the closing date and time in the quotation box in the foyer of the Civic Centre, Bram Fischer Street, Klerksdorp, are hereby invited and will be received by the undersigned up till 11:00 on Wednesday, 07 April 2010.
No Quotation/Tenders will be considered unless submitted on Council’s Official Quotation Document. Quotations/Tenders which are late, incomplete, unsigned or submitted by facsimile or electronically, will not be accepted.

Compulsory Briefing Meeting: There will be a compulsory briefing meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 31 March 2010 @ 10h00 at the City of Matlosana, Westend, Leask Street, First floor, Municipal Offices. Failure to attend the above will result in the bid being disqualified

Quotations will be adjudicated according to Councils Supply Chain Management Policy based on the Preferential Procurement Framework Act, Act No 5 of 2000. 80/20 preferential goal calculation methods will be applied.

The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted and the City Council reserves the right to accept any portion of any quotation.
